New Ones or Old?

My brother is asking me what would win between brand new vs used cars… I answered him in a form of question, asking him why he is asking such question… He said he finally got enough money to buy his own car but he is thinking which would be better. I told him if he really wants something that is looking good, he would need to go to the brand new ones, complete with the deeds and guarantee of the car. But if he wants to be a little economical, it will never hurt to buy a used car, provided he makes sure that he will give full attention to the deal and the car itself since of course, the last thing that he would want is to have a second hand car with lousy features.

Although I also told him to get the used ones because there are a lot of used cars available that are still in great condition, he just have to know where and how to look. I told him I will be calling some of my friends that know some good dealers so we could have something good for him in no time at all.
