Insuring My New Car

Posted by admin in Automotive Insurance on 06 4th, 2009

I was able to buy a new car and my father told me that I should make sure that I get insurance for the new car. He gave me a list to compare auto insurance companies and he said I should do the comparison first before making any decisions. He said it would not be wise to just get insurance from his insurance company because my needs would not be the same as his and I might even be able to get something better for my own self. He told me that I should contact an auto insurance agent that is good and even try to go to my attorney to see what would be the best so I could get satisfied entirely. Anyway, I was able to buy a new third generation Expedition EL, which is an extended-wheelbase version of the original Expedition. As far as I know, it was changed in to Expedition Max due to confusions with a certain Acura EL. I have wanted to have a Ford Expedition ever since because I really love SUVs and other big vehicles and I were fortunate enough to get the best in Ford’s line. I just hope to get the best insurance for it though…

Insuring Cars in a Good Way

My father was asking me about some car insurance tips since I had some experiences selling car insurances before and he said he wants to have his new car, well at least his future car, well insured without any hassles whatsoever. I told him a few things that he needs to remember when looking for car insurances. First of course is to compare packages. Try to make sure that you play the field first before signing any contracts. Ones a proposal gets your attention, barrage the insurance agent a lot of questions until you get satisfied with the offer being given.

Of course, since we are talking about your car, the insurance should have the stuff that you would always wanted, or at least meet a little of your wanting. If ever you already have one, make sure that you use the insurance for major damage and not for the minor ones. A simple scratch is not worth calling the insurance company. And of course, choose your car properly and very wisely. If you were to buy a car, don’t just think of its coolness factor or how shiny it is. It would be more realistic to look at costs a particular car will have you paying in the long run.
